- Do I need an AWS account?
- Yes, you need an AWS account with SES enabled. We'll guide you through setting up the necessary permissions.
- Is my data secure?
- Absolutely. Your data stays in your browser and AWS account. We never store your AWS credentials or contact data on our servers.
- What if I'm in the AWS SES sandbox?
- New AWS accounts start in the SES sandbox, which limits who you can send emails to. You can request production access from AWS to remove these limitations.
- How do I verify email addresses?
- In AWS SES, you need to verify sender email addresses. In sandbox mode, contact addresses must also be verified. We provide instructions in the app.
